This drift is extremely expensive for the firm. The management of the rejections, the reworks or the returns customers for nonconformity generates consequent costs seriously cutting down the hoped benefit. Let us not forget besides that it is also necessary to take into account the dissatisfaction of the customer. Even if it is less palpable in the immediate future it is the main explanation of the soft growth, characteristic of a majority of firms.
