BPM, process management trades
BPM, Acronym of Business Process Management, which one can translate into French by process management trades.

The concept of process trade occupies today a major place in the field of the information systems. However, one observes a great diversity in his use. This work proposes reference marks for a rigorous and precise use of the approach process in the information systems. party 1: synthetic prospect on the “current process”, the problems of evaluation and improvement occupies a central place.
