• Reproducible
  The course of the project starts to be controlled. The methods of realization installation make it possible to ensure the repetition of a nearly identical project.
• Defined
  The processes of the project are clearly identified and defined, all the actors of the project have an clear understanding of it.
• Controlled
  The course of the project is measured as much in term quantitative as qualifiers, the gaps are analyzed.
• Optimized
  Or in the course of optimization, we are there at the ultimate stage of the step of continuous improvement.
