- An ONG or Governmental organization, has (NGO) in English is as its name indicates it an organization independent of the governments. In fact the term is rather vague, on the legal level in any case. A NGO in particular by its financial and political independence, its share of non-profit public interest and its operating process networked.
- Rio
- The Conference of the United Nations on the environment and development , second “Summit of the Earth”, was taken place in Rio de in June 1992, under the aegis of UNO. The Statement of Rio on the environment and the development is a fundamental text. In 27 principles, it develops what must be a balanced sustainable development.
Principle 1: “The human beings are in the center of the concerns relating to sustainable development. They are entitled to an healthy life and productive in harmony with nature”. Statement of Rio -
- Corporate social responsibility: (CSR Social ) the Corporate social responsibility is integral with the step of sustainable development. With a policy of , the firm begins in the control of the social, environmental, and economic concerns and takes into account the interactions with the whole of the recipients according to the respective interests of the latter.

- Or French Recipients, they are the shareholders, employees, providers, customers, prescribers, decision makers institutional, trade unions, civil society, local communities. The term is especially used in opposition to (shareholders).
- EMS
- The EMS System of Environmental Management is a mode of internal organization who allows to coordinate the development actions durable in a logic of permanent improvement. “component of the system of overall management which includes the organisational structure, the activities of planning, the responsibilities, the practices, the procedures, the methods and the resources to establish, implement, to realize, review and to maintain the policy environmental” ISO 54500
