Why ?
The databases of the relational type are unsuited to the decisional needs.
The info-center, bases relational exclusively reserved at the decisional requests could, during a rather short time, to seem to propose a solution. But bases structured in 2 dimensions hardly lend themselves to the decisional requests.
It was time to redefine a new structure specific to the requirements of the decisional one.
