This work is addressed to all those which take part in the design of an information system which they are , engineers, project managers or consultants. It will be also very useful for the teachers and the students in management of IF.
The concept of process trade occupies today a major place in the field of IF. However, the levels of granularity are varied, the methods and languages are multiple and the tools include sometimes their own approach.
The objective of this work is to propose reference marks for a rigorous and precise use of the approach process in IF. For that, it initially offers to the reader a synthetic prospect on the current process, showing that the problems of evaluation and improvement occupy a central place, which falls under established reference frames (, , ). Then, it provides a solid framework to be identified in the expansion of the languages of modeling and the directed tools process. Lastly, it gives concrete elements - organized around two cases with teaching purpose and of a real case - to modelize, evaluate and implement of the processes in a context information system. Two appendices supplement the work: the Handy guide of the basic concepts for modeling and the Handy guide of the languages of modeling on , , OS and MERISE.
