The firm has a greater freedom to conceive its strategy and to define its axes of success (according to the specific value chain of the firm) while allowing a more progressive approach, by project, to build the overall system of control.

If places coherence and normality like fundamental, the method is centered much on the reactivity and the pro-activity of the organization by cultivating the responsibilisation of all the actors, without to derogate from the requirements of overall coherence.
