Explanation.
The topic of the design of the instrument panels tends to occupy a prevalent place rather representative of dissatisfied waitings of the firms as regards piloting.
Until these last decades, the question of aid to piloting was indeed less present. When the context was stable and particularly weak competition, to seek the increase continues of the productivity as well as the reduction in the cost prices was still best strategies. The dashboards of this time, limited to exclusively economic measurements and , were completely adapted.
Today, the context strongly changed. To guarantee a real return of capital invested, strategies much more consequent should be worked out. To follow only the financial measurements is not sufficient. The loop is too slow and does not allow to react in time. It is thus necessary more precisely to follow continuous progress according to the axes chosen by the leadership team during the development of the strategy.
